The 2007-2008 school year begins my fourth year as a principal in Anson I.S.D. and the first at Anson Elementary. From 2004 to 2007, I had the privilege of being the Anson High School Principal. From 2002 to 2004, I taught history and was the Head Girls Basketball Coach in Anson. My wife, Micky, is a Physical Therapist in Abilene. We have one son, Austin, and one daughter, Audrey.

I am originally from Water Valley, a small town 20 miles north of San Angelo. My wife and I both played basketball and graduated from Hardin-Simmons University.

My experience at Anson I.S.D. has been incredible. The students of Anson I.S.D. understand the tradition of excellence that has been established and are willing to accept the responsiblity of the continuation of this standard of excellence.
