The ability to learn at school is directly related to the status of a student’s health. Students must be healthy in order to be educated, and they must be educated in order to remain healthy. Anson ISD employs one full-time RN for all three campuses. She is a health advocate for all the school children and staff providing preventative health information, health assessments and referral services. The principals on each campus have designated employees to render first aid in the absence of the nurse.
